Bert Kienjet (1952) was born in The Netherlands, and is mainly engaged in the skillful production of etchings. Of all the artistic crafts, Bert thinks etching is the most beautiful. His black and white work in this printmaking technique juxtapositions against the traditionally colorful Caribbean art, but it is to the contents that the spectator responds.
